Survey Kit Overview for Regional Coordinators

An overview of the Survey Kits your local churches will receive to help them run the survey

Guide Survey Bundle

Participating churches in the 2021 NCLS will receive a Survey Kit to help them run the survey in their church.

Survey Kits will be dispatched to churches from late October and early November onwards.

Please advise churches there will likely be a delay in postage times beyond our control, due to COVID-19. It would be wisest to plan to hold the survey from late November onwards.

A full set of directions and resources are available online to help churches to run the survey at their church at 2021ncls.org.au/run-the-survey.

Ask your churches to check the contents of their Survey Kit when it arrives. If any item is missing from their Kit they can email surveys@ncls.org.au or phone (02) 9139 2525.

Inside the 2021 NCLS Survey Kit local churches will find:

Church attenders need to write or enter their church's NCLS Church Code on their survey form, to identify each church location or Mass centre completing surveys.

N.B. In a multi-site church or parish, each church location or Mass centre needs to use their own NCLS Church Code. The NCLS Church Code is shown on the Site Instructions for each church location or mass centre (see Guide for more details).
